Convenient location right in the heart of the city 🌆. the staff was really helpful and took care of all our requests. Loved having coffee and tea available anytime we wanted.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building right by the center, and Amsterdam. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Modern rooms with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The most important - favourable location in the middle of jackson. A lot of food options relatively near the venue.

we had a double room with a safe box, television, and tea and coffee making facilities. the location was particularly good and perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The manager and the whole team did their best to make the stay great for all guests.

Breakfast selection could have been better, with only scrambled or boiled eggs as the hot options. It would have been nice to receive a little birthday wish from the staff upon checking in, especially since it was mentioned that it was my birthday.

We were pleasantly surprised when the manager upgraded our room to a better one without us even asking. The hotel itself has a modern and stylish design, and the location, just a short walk from Amsterdam Main Station, was very convenient. We also appreciated the 24-hour availability of various hot beverages at the reception.

Although the breakfast could have been better for the price, it didn't overshadow our overall positive experience. It would also be nice to have the option to open the windows in the room.
